CELTHRIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. CELTHRIVE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID CELTHRIVE IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold Celthrive harmless against claims or damages resulting from breach of these Terms or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms remain active until terminated by either party. You may terminate by ceasing use of the site. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the site.

BY PLACING AN ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
Order Acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy under these Terms. We may choose not to accept any order in our sole discretion. A contract of sale is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Prices and Payment. All prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are fully authorised to use that payment method and that sufficient funds exist.
Automatic Renewals. Subscriptions automatically renew on your selected billing cycle (28, 56, or 84 days). Your subscription will continue until cancelled. To cancel, log in to your customer portal or contact us at support@celthrive.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Shipments and Delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds and Returns. To request a refund, email support@celthrive.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
Electronic Communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from Celthrive by email or by postings on the Site.
Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us first at support@celthrive.com to resolve any concerns informally.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of all personal data collected in connection with your purchase.
Force Majeure. We will not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemic, strikes, or telecommunications failure.
